Shipping Policy

Carriers:

All packages ship Via USPS or UPS (large boxes) and are tracked and insured.

We usually ship USPS - mostly Priority Mail, for some small items, we use First Class Mail.

For international shipments we prepare the proper customs forms. Customs duty depends on the country of destination and is responsibility of the buyer.

Large packages may be more time/cost effective to ship via UPS. For all team/barn orders, we will check several options and choose the best value.

Turn-around times:

Most products ship within 3 business days, many the same day as ordered.
When an item is on back-order, you will be notified as soon as possible with an estimated arrival time.
Custom orders depend on the workload and availability of the materials needed, so they are processed individually. Once your order is finalized we will contact you with an estimated time of shipment. Most times, we are able to ship even before the given date, but if for some reason there is a delay from that date we will notify you and compensate you with a free gift.
Most custom orders ship within 2 weeks.

Express shipping and overnight shipping is available and will also move production up in line. For custom/made-to-order items best check with us before completing the purchase.

Shipping rates:

In order to keep shipping rates low, we don’t add a handling fee. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 in the continental US. Excluded from free shipping are discounted team/barn orders.


All our products/shipments are weighed with a USPS scale.

Shipping address:

We use a USPS program which will check the address provided. In case of a correction, we will use the address suggested by USPS. For questions we will contact you via e-mail.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.

We follow the shipping rules of USPS/UPS.
